SURVIVAL QUICK SAVE - No Sleep Till Bedtime at Fallout 4 This is the one part I kinda am disappointed in. I love everything else from this survival difficulty, like the damage system, no fast travel, needs and penalties etc. The only issue for me is the save system. I wanted to play it in survival difficulty from start to finish. I thought of starting to play fallout 4 again, Because I bought the DLCs recently. Then I realized the damn game was auto saving on exit and now all of the available saves are auto saved jacked up and I cant fix them. So, in a panic I loaded an earlier save, and everything was still jacked up. I was working on some mods, then proceeded to screw something up, and when I loaded my current save everything was jacked up.

This mod does not enable quick save hotkey (quick load hotkey works anyway). This mod contains original in-game menu with script check that disables saving removed. I do want to enjoy the Survival mode's other features, such as Thirst and Hunger, but it is a big risk getting a CTD (I am also opt-in the Beta which is even more dangerous) at random Patched file from Fallout 4 Beta 1.5.146.0. I get what Bethesda is trying to do with Survival mode and the lack of a saving system (can save only when sleeping in beds), to make the game challenging, but in a buggy game that causes random CTDs at any time unexpectedly, this system is crap. This feature is OFF by default and can be enabled using the settings.

It also does a full save whenever you enter or leave an area. You sleep when you are tired or it is night time and save when you like. No more having to roleplay a narcoleptic or someone with a worrying bed fetish. You can hotkey this item and when you use it, it will save your game even in Survival difficulty. A simple mod that adds an item to the AID section of your pipboy called QUICK SAVE.
